About Edalo
Edalo is a multifaceted artist renowned for his talents as a musician, composer, and producer. His artistic journey took off in 2012 with the collaborative track “Mariposa,” created with music industry titans Robby Takac (Goo Goo Dolls), Kenny Hawkins (Rick James, Snoop Dogg, Mary J. Blige), and Jerry Livingston (Rick James) at the renowned GCR Audio.
In late 2013, Edalo’s move to Los Angeles marked a significant turning point in his career. He was soon enlisted by the estate of Ray Charles to produce a tribute album with Charles’ grandson, Robert Robinson, also known as RobTwyce. The project’s single, “You,” released in 2015 by All Access Music Group, was a major milestone.
That same year, Edalo released his debut album, “Faith,” which climbed the iTunes Top Instrumental Music Albums Chart. Continuing his momentum, he independently produced “California Rush,” which he showcased at SXSW 2017 in Austin, TX, alongside notable acts like Kent Jones, ROZES, Michael Blume, and G.O.O.D. Music’s Malik Yusef.
In 2020, Edalo achieved another career highlight with his album “Driftin’,” headlining his first tour and kicking it off with a sold-out show in his hometown of Buffalo, NY. In October 2021, Edalo headlined twelve venues along the east coast from Vermont to Florida. By the end of 2022, he had collaborated with a diverse range of artists, including Michigan State Defensive Lineman Josh Butler, Top Ten Billboard New Wave artist Joss Jaffe, Super Bowl Champion Demone Harris, and Pop/EDM Recording Artist and Topliner Salvo.
Edalo’s 2023 saw him embark on his fifth independent tour, selling out shows in South Carolina, Denver, Colorado, and twice in Buffalo, NY. He also made a memorable appearance on his first Live Nation stage, opening for Afroman in front of 3,000 people at The Summit in Denver, Colorado.
His single “Mirage” topped the Electronic Top Charts at #1 on iTunes, and the music video for “Never Enough” received widespread airplay on MTV, highlighting his dynamic presence in the music industry. The rise of his EP “Mirage” culminated in a Times Square billboard, underscoring his rising influence and cementing his status as a compelling force in electronic music.
With each new milestone, Edalo continues to push the boundaries of his craft, leaving no telling where this talented artist will go next.
