Oliver’s is the exclusive caterer for Kleinhans Music Hall. The staff is expert at planning parties and receptions while delivering the highest quality food and service locally. Oliver’s goal is to produce memorable events with each client’s needs and budget considerations taken into account.
The Mary Seaton Room
The Mary Seaton Room is one of the three premier reception areas of Kleinhans Music Hall and hosts thousands of guests each year. The warmth of the historic woodwork, the grand open spaces and the intricate flooring create the perfect canvas for any event, whether traditional or contemporary. Whether it’s the wedding of your dreams, or the ultimate Christmas party, the Mary Seaton Room is where memories are made.
Capacity: 100 to 500 guests for a sit-down dinner, up to 1000 for a stand up reception.
Marcato by Olivers
Set in the modern boldness of Kleinhans, Marcato is a venue that works in every way. Tastefully remodeled to echo the original architectural magnificence, this place has everything you need to stage the perfect event.
Capacity: This beautiful, efficient space can accommodate a sit-down dinner for up to 180 lucky people, or a stand-up cocktail reception for 250.
