Since 1940, Kleinhans Music Hall has hosted the best of classical, pops, and rock concerts, as well as countless graduations, proms, recitals, weddings, parties and corporate events. It is not only the epicenter of Western New York’s classical music scene, but a true community center as well.
The box office is located in the hall at the Porter Avenue entrance. It is open from 9 AM to 6 PM Monday through Friday and 9 AM to 1 PM on Saturdays. On performance Saturdays, the box office remains open all day until the performance begins. On performance Sundays, the box office is open from noon until the intermission of the performance. When there is a concert on a weeknight, the box office remains open until the beginning of the performance.
Parking is available in the Kleinhans Music Hall lot for a small fee. Most streets surrounding the hall also allow on-street parking. There are more options for BPO concerts, including shuttle service. Learn more.
There are no stairs to enter the building and access the main floor. However, there is no elevator to the balcony. Wheelchair seating is available on the main floor of the hall, and there is a handicapped-accessible restroom on the main floor. So that we can best assist you when you arrive, we suggest that patrons with limited mobility contact the box office prior to attending their concert.
The bar is open before all BPO concerts and during intermission. It is also available during most other events. All major credit cards are accepted. It offers a range of alcoholic beverages, as well as coffee, tea, water and soft drinks. The bar also carries some snacks, such as chips and pretzels. We ask that all patrons finish their refreshments before entering the Main Hall.
Photography and videography are permitted before and after concerts, during intermission, in the lobby and on the hall grounds. However, filming or photographing during concerts is not permitted.
